Inspired by emerging perspectives of ancient teachings and modern movement philosophy, these classes will include a variety of asana, movement, mantra, meditation, and pranayama.
We will create a practice that embraces and brings you closer to the uniqueness of your physical body and layered mind.
All are welcome, whether you're a beginner or you practice daily. There is something here for everyone! Feel free to wander and get lost in our rooftop farm before or after your session.
Fridays 6-7pm ; $20
Please arrive 15 minutes early, especially if it is your first time. Also, take note that rooftop classes can include unexpected weather changes and outside noises. Come prepared with layers, water, your own mat (and blanket if you have one), and the desire to cultivate concentration despite city sounds
